Custom Motorcycles

To start any custom build you need to have inspiration. The best way to do this is by having lots of pictures of great bike builds you have admired at shows, bike meets and from online places such as Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and even Google images. (remember to follow us - links at the bottom of the page!) - Even if it is just small pieces or features of different projects it all helps the design and thought process to create your dream ride. With these in hand we can talk you through the process of how we can bring all these ideas together and the "art of the possible" within your timescale and budget.

Sometimes its great to resurrect something that would otherwise be rotting away in the shed or a bike you have picked up for peanuts but in the long run you may well be letting yourself into more unexpected costs and in fact having a bigger bill than if you had spent more money to start with.

Engine Rebuilding

We can offer full rebuilds of 2 & 4 stroke engines, services include vapour blasting, Ultra sonic cleaning, cylinder honing, head milling, valve lapping, compression & leak testing or simple service items like oils, filters, tyres & clutches.

Engines can be assessed before work starts to give an estimate of costs. We can also offer fault diagnostics & carburetor setup & tuning.

Custom Exhaust Fabrication

A D Moto are specialists in the design and manufacture of high quality custom-built stainless-steel exhaust arrangements for all applications. We can offer a full CAD design package to show how your chosen design will look.

We are certified TIG and MIG welding specialists, ready to build the custom exhaust of your dreams. We’re happy to build an exhaust to any specification that you require, be it a turbo downpipe to the rest of your OEM exhaust system, straight through big bore system or full stainless-steel system matching the stock OEM carbon steel pipe. All associated machining and fabrication services are available in-house.

Custom Frame Fabrication

Passionate about our customers getting the 'look' they want, we offer full frame fabrication. From restoration/repair, to full on customised rear end or extensive modifications to acheive bobber, cafe racer or drag look.
